2.1 System Overview
The Trader Portal User Interface facilitates the management of UCC Authorisations, from the Application lodging by an Economic Operator to the decision granting by the Customs Officer.
The entire lifecycle of the Authorisation is covered, this includes the following processes:
Suspension;
Amendment;
Annulment;
Revocation;
Re-assessment.
In practice, several components cooperate with the Trader Portal providing an integrated solution allowing interactions between Economic Operators, Customs Officers and other IT applications.
In particular, the following components are related to user interactions
Trader Portal User Interface (TPUI): this is devoted for all actions required by Economic Operators;
Customs Officer User Interface (COUI): this is devoted for all actions required by Customs Officers.
The present user manual covers the user interface of the Trader Portal.
