5.6 Submission Management

 
The messages that are sent to the Customs Authorities are available in the submissions list, which is accessible via the following link:
 
Menu > Submissions > Submissions List.

The submission can be related to the following contexts:
  • An answer to a request from the DTCA;
  • A Trader request on an Application;
  • A Trader request on an Authorisation;
In particular, the list of submissions contains:
  • The type of the submission.
  • The submission date: the date at which the submission has been provided.
  • The status of the submission:
    • Confirmed: specifies that the answer has been submitted and received in the CDMS IT application.
    • Sent: specifies that the answer has been sent (by a user with a submission role) but not received yet in the CDMS IT application.
    • Error: specifies that the provided answer has not been accepted by the CDMS IT application. The request must be answered again.

5.6.1 How to read submissions

 
A user with the “Consultation” role can access the details of submissions from the menu providing access to the entire list of submissions. This can be achieved from the Submissions List page:
 
  1. Select the list of submissions: Menu > Submissions > Submissions List;
  2. Select the desired submission.
