The possibility to issue an Authorisation with a retroactive effect regarding the related Application has been restricted to IPO / OPO / EUS / TEA only. A constraint is added to ensure that the date provided in the field “Requested Start Date of the Decision” of the Application is in the future, except for the latter Customs Decision Types. Analogous check is performed on the CDMS side.
Amendment
The Trader now has the possibility to withdraw his / her amendment request, before the decision on the amendment is taken by the customs officer. The amendment withdrawal request can be received until a final decision has been made by the customs officer.
Suspension
The submission of “Measures Completed” task by the Trader is now independent from the time limit extension request to take measures. This way the Trader is not blocked waiting for the decision on CDMS side.
Other
The drop-down menu in the "Customs Office of Destination" is now filtered by customs offices with role DES for all applicable Customs Decision Types (ACE, ACT and ETD);
The drop-down menu in the "Customs Office of Departure" is now filtered by customs offices with role DEP for all applicable Customs Decision Types (ACR and ETD);
The customs offices indicated in the Application / Authorisation must now be located in the geographical validity;
If the Customs Decision Type is ACE, ACR, ACT or SSE, the code “3 - Application or Authorisation limited to one Member State” must be chosen for the field “Geographical Validity Union Identification”;
In case the Application / Authorisation is for CGU intended to be used in the context of transit procedure, the code "1 - Application or authorisation valid in all Member States" must be chosen for the field “Geographical Validity Union Identification”.
