5.3 Consultation of Application or Authorisation Details

 
Both for Applications and Authorisations, a user with the “Consultation” role can consult the information related to the status and the processes that have been executed.
 
In both cases, a preview of the main information is provided in the Application / Authorisation details page.
 
The following information is available in the Application process data:
  • Application Acceptance and Decision Taken Information;
  • Application Additional Information;
  • Application Adjustments;
  • Time Limit Extension Information;
  • Withdrawal of the Application.
The following information is available in the Authorisation process data:
  • Amendment Information;
  • Re-Assessment Information;
  • Suspension Information;
  • Revocation Information;
  • Annulment Information.
  • Communication Information.
The details of the previewed information are then available when the user selects one of the displayed entities.
 
The Application details page can be accessed by selecting an Application from a list of Applications:
  • Menu > Applications > Applications List.
